What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at TGI Fridays?
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision-making, and staff support while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
- Frequently interacts with Guests to ensure they receive the Fridays Service Style experience; follow up on any issues and complaints they may have
- Conducts food safety and line checks
- Manages cash handling procedures
- Prepare end of shift reports
- Conducts interviews for hourly team member candidates
- Manages team members performance
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant manager experience
- Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualifications standards for all FOH and BOH positions
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
