Perform human resources (HR) functions to include active and rapid recruiting of employees, new hire orientation, maintaining employees’ timesheets and payroll, maintenance of employee files and support all other employee lifecycle events. Human resources will carry out HR initiatives and systems as directed by the Corporate Office. Provide counseling to employees and supervisors on facility policies and procedures.
