We combine modern comprehensive laboratory testing with science-backed naturopathic and functional medicine therapies to help transform a person's health.
Medical Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems (especially Charm EHR)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
