Director, Diversity Equity & Inclusion

BlueHalo is currently seeking a Director, Inclusion & Diversity to join our Human Capital organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deliver and/or lead implementation of enterprise level initiatives aligned to corporate strategy and develops employee engagement strategies
• Consult with business leaders at all levels of the organization with insights from comprehensive knowledge of DEI//HR concepts, data and analytics, and leading practices to drive accountability and transparency
• Develop and deliver holistic training in support of building an educated, inclusive workforce and driving inclusive leadership behaviors that impact the employee experience
• Engage with internal teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, Marketing) to support the broader integration of DEI 
• Ability to construct clear and engaging visualization of diversity and inclusion current state findings and recommendations
• Collaborate and support company-wide communications to and engagement with various stakeholder groups

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of Human Resources, DEI, Organizational Development or equivalent experience, preferably within a professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 5 years of professional experience supporting or leading a credible, functional diversity and inclusion or talent management program
• Experience in successfully supporting large-scale change efforts
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Superior analytical, assessment and reporting skills
• Superior project, time and people management skills
• Superior written communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to deliver high caliber work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, in addition to being able to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Experience working within a Defense Contractor environment is a plus
