What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Coordinator position at The American legion?
Scheduling and setting up parties, events, meetings for the American Legion Post 18. Scheduling consists of working with the Kitchen Staff, Wait Staff, Bartenders and Post Secretary.
Other requirements consist of but not limited to decorating (when needed), putting together menus, seeing that all necessary equipment and linen are set up, requesting necessary staff for the event (Wait Staff, Cook, and Bartender if needed) and attention to detail.
Applicants must have an eye for detail, ability to work well with others, very good disposition and a positive outlook to promote our American Legion Post.
