Summary:
To provide part time fingerprinting services for Arc GLOW and part time administrative support for Human Resources Department.
Essential Functions:

Perform fingerprinting operations for Arc GLOW.
- Completes training within prescribed time frame for fingerprinting process
- Greets applicant, verifies identification and processes fingerprint submission
- Assist in preparing minutes from various committees and meetings.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and forms for the Human Resource Department and order from appropriate vendors

Provide backup relief to Front Desk, as needed.
- Greets visitors
- Answers phones, routes incoming calls
- Maintain positive customer relations
Nonessential Functions:
Participates in corporate compliance and quality assurance activities as required
Reporting Responsibilities:
Reports to: VP, Human Resources
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None exercised
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong PC skills to include Microsoft Office products
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to use standard office equipment including personal computer, phone, fax, copier, etc. Ability to drive a vehicle.
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
