Position Status: Full - Time

Location: Raleigh

Education Requirements: Associates degree or higher in related field preferred. At least 3 years of office experience, with related experience in human resources information systems, recruitment and hiring processing, and knowledge of the various federal and state regulations and the human resources body of knowledge.

Experience Requirements: Candidate must have high level of professionalism, great verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities: The Human Resource Assistant will serve as a key recruiter who will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The candidate will assist with a wide range of support activities inside HR. Act as a liaison between HR and employees. Must maintain and ensure compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate must be prepared to organize and attend job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities. Perform many other administrative tasks as assigned.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
