What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agency With Choice Program Specialist position at The Arc of York County?
Full time Program Specialist with The Arc of York County’s Agency with Choice program for. Caseload will consist of Adams County and western York County. Tasks may include data entry, filing, chart reviews, payroll, orienting direct care staff and attending meetings as needed. Typically, but not limited to M-F 8am-4pm, some evening hours may be required occasionally. Initial training will be at our main office at 497 Hill St., York.
Must have knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office programs.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass all background checks.
Must be able to work independently.
At least one year of office/Admin Assisting experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
