Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is stored, prepared, and served in a safe and sanitary manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food preparation and cooking
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and food safety practices
- Proven experience in food production and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent cooking skills with the ability to prepare a wide range of dishes
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
- Experience in team management and supervision
Skills:
- Proficient in food handling techniques and proper food storage procedures
- Knowledge of food management principles, including portion control and waste reduction
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and communicate with customers
- Attention to detail to ensure dishes are prepared accurately and presented attractively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
