Position Description:
We will teach you how to connect with business owners and key decision-makers at local businesses through in-person meetings. You will find that one of the amazing things about our coverage is that it can benefit ANYONE – individuals, small businesses, and huge corporations. The sky is the limit in terms of who you want to work with. There is no requirement to go through payroll, and there is no minimum group size. We have industry-leading products, which is why we are an exclusive agency of the fastest-growing voluntary benefits company in the nation. As early as 3 months into your career, you will have the opportunity to step into a leadership role.
- Experience is NOT required. We have superb training and ongoing professional development, focused on growing your referral-based clientele base. We also assist with the licensure process (3-10 days to study and pass the state exam) and we offer full reimbursement for licensure expenses ($200-300).
- Meet and build relationships with business owners, their employees, and other community members to offer them our industry-leading financial protection. We have an A rating with the BBB and AM Best.
- Utilize the business tools provided to you to help grow your clientele base, including our custom-built CRM system.
- Demonstrate empathy and 5-star customer service.
- Create and run your own full-time schedule, no weekends or evenings required.
Qualifications:
You must be willing to be out in the community, not behind a desk. This is not a phone or computer-based position.

We offer:
$70,000 - $110,000 first year potential and $120-160k within 3 years
A clear path for quick advancement within your control (within your first 3 months), not based on politics
Cash Bonuses ($250 - $3,000 per month)
Stock Bonuses ($2,000 per quarter)
Top-tier training and professional development, including a minimum of 5 days of 1-on-1 field training in your area. Initial training is efficient and effective, leading to a fast start for new agents. Additional professional development opportunities are available weekly, monthly, and quarterly at no cost to the agent
