We are a local family business that has been operating in the islands for over 35 years and employs over 140 employees. The Art Source, Inc. has three sister companies - Pictures Plus, Plus Interiors & CoconNene. We make products for the home locally here in Hawai'i, in our Manufacturing Facility in Kapolei, and service our customers through our retail locations all over the Hawaiian Islands. We are looking for another team member on our Pictures Plus retail team in Kona. Pictures Plus is offering $20 /h (plus incentives/bonuses/commissions) for a full-time Design Consultant Supervisor. Additionally, we are offering a $500 bonus to those who get fully trained & certified (6-8wks). Also, we offer medical coverage, 401K, paid time and an employee discount to all full-time employees. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys working with and managing people, is interested in art, has a creative design eye, and enjoys growing sales for themselves and the team. Responsibilities:
- Exhibits behavior and performs in a manner which supports Company Mission & Values.
- Leads by example in business behavior, ethics and values.
- Supervises and mentors Design Consultants.
- Actively seeks new wholesale customers, as well as community customers.
- Coordinates quarterly events to draw customers to the store.
- Provides superior customer and design services.
Requirements:
- Min. 1y supervisory experience
- Min. 2y customer service experience
- Min. 2y sales experience
- Design experience a plus
- High school graduate or equivalent
Schedule - F/T, Tuesday-Saturday
