Looking for someone with sales experience to join our client’s team as a Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented mindset, and able to navigate and promote hiring strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Screening applicants via follow-up emails and phone calls.
- Following up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals.
- Scheduling interviews with short-listed candidates on behalf of the sales team.
- Interviewing potential employees and extending offers.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience recruiting – either agency, corporate, or as a store manager
- Excellent decision-making and organizational skills toward developing successful hiring strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
