What are the responsibilities and job description for the House keeping position at The Atlantic House Hotel?
This position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public area spaces in accordance with Hospitality cleanliness standards. Regular responsibilities include stripping guest rooms of linen, cleaning guest rooms, making beds, vacuuming, deep cleaning, mopping, and cleaning public areas.
Ideal candidates have the following qualifications:
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to bend, lift and kneel regularly
- Flexibility in scheduling preferred weekends required.
- Properly cleaning the guest rooms would include changing linens and towels, making beds, scrubbing the bathroom, vacuuming, dusting, window/mirror washing, removing trash and replenishing amenities. etc
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Cleaning Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
