- Provide accounting and clerical assistance to Accounting Department Manager
- Receive, verify, and process invoices related to Accounts Payable
- Maintain records by imaging and filing documents
- Monitor and process general ledger transactions
- Analyze and reconcile various general ledger accounts
- Reconcile various bank account statements and keep financial records updated
- Assist in transmission and receipt of wire transfers and related postings
- Gather and organize financial data for periodic audits
- Understand and follow established policies and procedures
- Other related duties as assigned

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
