This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.  For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

Communications Specialist        

Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a Communications Specialist will include:    

• Compensation (Range):  24/ hour
• Utilize strong writing and editing skills to communicate in a variety of formats, including well designed emails, Word documents, newsletters, and online tools such as SharePoint pages.
• Work with digital communication tools, including websites, blogs, SharePoint, and new digital platforms.
• Act as a communications resource on projects and work assignments, including internal newsletters.
• Stay on the leading edge of emerging communication trends and learn how to use them effectively to meet communications goals.
• Organize communication campaigns to increase awareness and participations throughout the whole business unit globally. This may include Zoom sessions in many different formats.
• Create, monitor, and track communication projects to reach targeted audiences effectively.
• Provide support in the execution of communication strategies by drafting communication plans and materials for review.
• Leverage communication experience and general change management understanding to help solve problems and drive change in the organization as planned.
• Become a stellar project manager, identifying, and implementing effective processes and procedures for accomplishing work.
• Identify and track needed metrics and create an atmosphere in which timely and high-quality information flows smoothly.
• Encourage the open expression of ideas and opinions.
• Manage your personal performance with structured tools for self-assessment

Job Requirements

As a Communications Specialist you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
