Overview
We are seeking an IT Desktop Support candidate for a temporary assignment in Denver, Colorado. The selected candidate will work with business users to provide critical support to keep our teams up and running.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

** Candidates with ServiceNow experience and/or an A Certification are highly preferred **
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop hardware configuration and upgrades, monitoring, software installations, hardware upgrades, imaging and PC deployment
- Manage a Windows Environment, (AD account maintenance, security groups and permissions, Microsoft Exchange 2007/10, printer queues)
- Check data back-ups and restore and report any issues with any overnight back-up failures
- Using our ServiceNow ticketing management system, you’ll resolve ServiceDesk requests and incidents by diagnosing hardware and software problems and installing and configuring standard desktop packages, liaising with third-party maintenance engineers as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Drivers License
- Proven experience in an IT support role; both remote and in-person
- ServiceNow experience is highly preferred
- An A Certification is highly preferred
