PA Accident and Health License

Location: Plymouth Meeting/Blue Bell, PA
These openings are working with a great company!
Licensed Agent role and responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from Prospects, Existing Members and Brokers
- Provide sales consultation to include needs analysis, plan comparison and complete Provider and RX lookups.
- Schedule Seminar Reservations, Broker Appointments and Process Fulfillment Requests utilizing documented procedures.
- Complete Telephonic Enrollment
- Provide Broker Support (assist broker with Appointment process, provide application status, etc.)
- Update CRM and document call outcomes
- Complete outbound calls to prospects and members based on Client’s needs (ex: Follow-Up Sales Calls, Member Retention outreaches)
Requirements:
- Must have active PA Accident & Health license
- Prior experience selling Medicare Plans (required)
- Prior Call Center experience and/or experience assisting clients via phone support (preferred)
