Duties and Responsibilities

- Must follow The Bio Dude Inc. dress code policy. Attire should be clean, neat, and professional. Hygiene should be clean and orderly.
- Follow all safety standards and maintain an effective, efficient, safe work environment.
- Practice warehouse safety and effective communication with fellow associates.
- Maintain proper clock-in and clock-out protocol/recording set by The Bio Dude by utilizing only the work computer in the showroom.
- Follow The Bio Dude Inc. employee handbook policies, standards, and ethics.
- Help management maintain spreadsheets that record losses, mistakes, inventory, and other day-to-day aspects of the business.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Maintain a prompt response to phone calls, emails, and voicemails.
- Other duties per management directives.
- Brand Ambassador: Possess an in-depth understanding of the company's mission and values.
- A solid understanding of The Bio Dude’s products and how they function, including substrate, lighting, plants, and humidity, is essential. Confidently explain product details, usage, and compatibility to potential customers.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals is also crucial to the job. You must communicate via phone, email, or in-person meetings and attend industry events and trade shows.
- Providing excellent customer service is a core aspect of the job. Addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly, professionally, and efficiently is essential.
- Collaborating with internal teams in areas such as marketing and inventory is also essential. You'll work closely with these teams to ensure successful product promotions and sales.
- Sales and Product Distribution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. This process involves analyzing market trends and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present product information, negotiate terms, and maintain professional customer correspondence.
- Assist with booth setup and breakdown, marketing materials preparation, and logistics management for wholesale and trade show events is a crucial responsibility.
- Conducting market research is integral to the Wholesale Representative’s role. The study will analyze consumer trends, identify new growth opportunities, and keep current with industry developments and competitors.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery to clients is another key responsibility. This means keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Work with the freight specialists and manufacturing lead to ensure timely and efficient shipping. Close collaborations help guarantee quality product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain existing wholesale accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with wholesale partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals regularly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in wholesale sales or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Schedule:
This full-time position requires 40 work hours per week during regular business hours. However, occasional overtime may be required, especially during trade shows and events over the weekend.
