Admission Nurse (Must be a RN)

Job Duties

· Oversee and direct the day-to-day delivery of nursing care as an Admissions Nurse, ensuring

patient care plans are implemented accurately and assess ongoing patient needs.

· Manage nursing staff schedules, provide clinical direction, and evaluate the performance of the

nursing team as an Admissions Nurse.

· Ensure nursing care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and current medical and

nursing best practices.

· Maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports as an Admissions Nurse.

Regularly review documentation to ensure all regulatory compliance is met.

Qualifications:

· Education: Must possess a current RN license in the state.

· Experience: Proven experience as an RN, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation

environment.

· Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal

skills.

· Certifications: CPR certification is preferred.
