Primary Dispatcher Responsibilities include:
- Assigning reservations and dispatching Chauffeurs.
- Maintaining contact with Chauffeurs to ensure the delivery of superior service to our clientele
- Monitoring flight schedules, airports activities and traffic conditions to help Chauffeurs proactively respond to potential service disruptions
- Experience dispatching preferably with a ground transportation company
- Able to stay composed dealing with high volume of changing data
- Experienced using Excel
- Great organizational skills with an eye for details
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Santa Cruz.
- Paid Vacation.
