### Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and warm calling techniques. You will communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and promote our products and services. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
### Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships
- Communicate effectively to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Market and promote our products and services to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM software
### Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
