The IT Finance Business Analyst is a position within BCG's Business Systems Group (BSG), specifically supporting the Finance function in the Finance Systems Group (FSG). BCG’s Business Systems Group (BSG) supports the Global Functions of Finance, HR, Legal and Operations groups in addition to the respective IT development resources. The responsibilities of BSG include enabling efficient processes within the Global Functions; developing, enhancing and integrating applications used by the Global Functions; and supporting the application user audience to optimize the management of the business. As part of BSG, this role will focus on supporting systems and processes for the Finance Global Function and will act as a liaison between global Finance customers and the IT organization.
The Finance Systems Business Analyst role is an integral role in the overall FSG organizational strategy to develop an agile team responsible for owning, managing and supporting business processes and products. This role will be part of a global Finance Program Lead-to-Cash (L2C), renamed to ClientView, specifically within the finance-focused Contract-to-Cash (C2C) digital invoicing workstream. ClientView is a cross-functional initiative comprised of 4 workstreams: (L2) Lead-to-Pitch (Marketing/Client Team pipeline), (P2C) Pitch-to-Contract (Legal Contracting), (C2C) Contract-to-Cash (Finance Invoicing & Collections) and Reporting. This initiative is part of a transformational program to optimize operational efficiencies and implement technical solutions to support cross-functional integrations and business process improvements. The focus of this role will be on the digital Invoicing & Collections solution, including an Invoicing & Collections Portal (ICP), core finance AR/project accounting system and a vendor invoice document generation tool being used by worldwide Finance teams and Managing Director and Partners (MDPs).
To be successful, this individual must have proven experience working as a team member in a similar system portfolio role supporting and implementing applications and communicating with a global end user community.

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 4 years of project experience, preferably as a business analyst and minimum of 3 years of agile project experience (preferred tool – JIRA)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with enterprise software and a business intelligence solution (Oracle Financials and Business Objects highly preferred) and at least two years experience in implementing Finance systems
- Manage and implement application configurations and/or administrative setup configurations in the application as required
- Experience with document generation tools (a plus)
- Experience with data mapping and/or data migration and validation (a plus)
- Experience with ad hoc query and/or reporting tools (a plus)
- Proficiency with SQL (a plus)
