We are looking for an Events and Catering Manager that can help our venue expand it’s presence and grow into a fully functioning, goal setting and achieving, memory making and guest serving department. The position has a competitive base salary for the market and includes commission with NO CAP.
As we move towards a busy events season we have so much opportunity to grow our brand and expand on our most successful year(2023). The Event Sales Manager will be an integral part of that growth.

REQUIREMENTS for the ROLE
● Previous Relatable Experience (5 Years) preferably in hospitality, restaurant, and/or entertainment venue
● Ability to motivate others
● Ability to create a positive culture
● Demonstrates deep knowledge of the location market
● Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure
● Extremely Organized and Efficient
● Flexible in approach, can readily adopt to business and team needs and changes
● Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail)
● Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
● Ability to analyze trends from reports and dashboards
Job Description
● Reports to the General Manager
● Responsible for booking events, generating leads for events and following up with all potential clients.
● Responsible for booking catering orders, generating leads for catering orders and following up with all potential catering opportunities.
● Responsible for the coordination of, the preparation of and direction of all events and catering orders.
● Event and catering sales reporting and analytics.
● Assisting in the development and training of event staff.
● Menu planning and building for events and catering orders.
● Actively involved in community/neighborhood outreach efforts.
● 40 hour work week based on business needs.
● Responsible for maintaining and updating online platforms
● Responsible for regular floor shifts.
● To assist in the coordination and execution of restaurant sponsored events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55-65K per year Commission
