This position earns a competitive pay of $60,000-$100,000/yr, comprising a base salary and commissions.

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Gutter Sales Rep, you play a vital part in our company's success. Honing your determination, you set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits. Some of your methods for success include marketing for the most profitable jobs, maintaining consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids, building company relationships, and generating leads by participating in networking groups. Much of your time is spent working directly with customers. When talking to them, you are always clear and forthcoming. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to listen intently and effectively promote personalized product solutions by using honest descriptions. You have exceptional follow-up skills and always return missed customer calls in a timely manner. You also visit each completed job to ensure satisfaction and maintain a trusting relationship.

As a team player, you are positive and respectful when communicating and collaborating with your fellow employees. You maintain an open dialogue with crew leaders and painters in order to remain in the loop as well as ensure that all necessary information pertaining to jobs is communicated. Your innovative nature makes you an invaluable asset to the team! Your participation in the development and implementation of new systems helps maintain and increase the company's profitability and organization as it changes and grows.
