We are currently looking for an Assistant Account Manager in Mt Juliet, TN/Lebanon, TN to LEAD our evening shift teams and establish and maintain a great work culture!
We're looking for a servant leader who will jump in the trenches with their people and work to succeed as a team. Locations: Mt Juliet / Lebanon, TN Hours: Wednesday-Sunday 12pm - 9pm (1 hour lunch) What You'll Be Doing: • This manager will ensure customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations. • Scheduling work for employees • Conducting site evaluations/audits to ensure we are cleaning to standard • Place order for more cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is always in good, safe working order • Help the Account manager maintain the budget through being mindful of inventory needs and labor costs (watching employee overtime) • Troubleshooting/ problem solving any issues that arise • Orientation/training of employees • Safety compliance • Customer relations • Special project work as requested What We're Looking For: • 3 years experience in a supervisory/manager capacity • Knowledge of Google applications • Excellent people and leadership skills • Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team. • Knowledge of human resource policies and practices as it relates to managing people Why Work For The Budd Group?!?
