THE BUDD GROUP is seeking Janitorial Site Supervisors for educational buildings in the Greater Charleston area.
Position : Janitorial Evening Leads
Days : Monday through Friday
Hours : VARIES - Hours are between 2 : 00 PM and 10 : 00 PM
Pay : $
Locations Available : Charleston (West Ashley), Mt. Pleasant, Downtown Charleston
Experience Required : Must have 6 months of Janitorial. Looking for someone with leadership / management / key holder skills.
Restrictions : Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Position requires bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and lifting of trash.
Job Description :
- Will be responsible for inspecting rooms of an educational campus to make sure they have been cleaned per the scope.
- Making sure all interior and exterior doors are shut and secured
- Filling in for Team Members when they are out.
- Duties include but not limited to : pulling trash, cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, wiping down desks and furniture, disinfecting chairs and desks and refilling restrooms supplies
- Must make sure the building is armed at the end of the evening.
