The Cashier at The Budlong Hot Chicken is the guest’s first interaction when entering the restaurant. The Cashier provides timely, accurate, and friendly guest service as well as assisting third-party drivers. The Cashier maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting guests
- Assisting guests in determining their food and drink orders
- Maintaining an accurate record of daily food and drink orders in the Point of Sale
- Processing guest orders in a timely manner
- Instructing kitchen staff on guest orders
- Ensuring all orders are delivered on time and correct
- Accepting cash, gift card, and credit card payments
- Calculating the day’s income at the end of the shift
- Packing food orders using the packaging standard operation procedures
- Staying up to date on promotions, advertisements, and product information
- Addressing and resolving guest queries on time
- Cleaning and arranging kitchen space whenever required
- Keeping the restaurant manager informed about any serious issues
- Stocking supplies, cleaning, and tidying in between guests
- Following opening and closing procedures
- Additional duties requested by management
