SUMMARY:
The Restaurant Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading and supervising the Front of House Food and Beverafe team. They will promote a safe and welcoming working environment to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. The Restaurant Supervisor will work with the Restaurant Manager to ensure maximum efficiency.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with policies/procedures in the Outlets
- Train, praise, coach and assist associates in the F&B operations
- Monitor performance and recommend corrective action as needed
- Respond to customer needs and rectify any guest issues
- Oversee cash handling and check/credit policies and procedures
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events
- Promote teamwork and quality service
- Routinely greet guests, serve food and beverage and service other outlets departments
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of employment in the Food & Beverage industry
- Prior restaurant experience a must
- Prior hotel experience a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
