Some Job Responsibilities:

• It is the responsibility of the RM to ensure that all individuals at their site receive support that is consistent with Support with Dignity and the Core Competencies.
• It is the responsibility of the RM to ensure that all staff at their site are thoroughly trained.
• It is the responsibility of the RM to effectively communicate and collaborate within their department as well as with other departments to achieve mutual goals.
• It is the responsibility of the RM to ensure that the interior and exterior (including vehicles) of the site are clean, tidy and well maintained.
• It is the responsibility of the RM to ensure that Office and Business procedures are completed timely and accurately.
• It is the responsibility of the RM to effectively plan, manage and monitor individual programming and treatment.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Two years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Complete and maintain AMAP and SCIP certification, as per the Center's policy.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.
• Must be able to sit, stand, lift 50 lbs.
