Job Posting for Behavioral Specialist/Analyst at The Center for Discovery
Brief Description
The Behavioral Specialist/Analyst provides behavior intervention services for identified individuals using principles of applied behavior analysis and other evidence-based strategies. Primary duties include conducting behavioral assessments (functional behavior assessment and analysis), providing hands-on intensive skills training, and staff consultation and training. Applicant must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in large teams. Must be flexible and organized. 12 Month position with flexible schedule. Requirement of one weekend and evening shift day per month.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Psychology, ABA, or other related field; BCBA preferred. Consideration will be given for applicants who have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with significant experience or are in the process of obtaining a Master's Degree in one of the above areas.
Experience with working with children/adults with autism.
