DESCRIPTION of responsibilities:
- Work with children, teens, adults, and families who are experiencing crisis
- Provide positive intervention, stabilization, de-escalation, and conflict management using a trauma-informed and family centered approach.
- Offer prevention, diversion, and intervention services
- The goal is to help prevent juvenile delinquency, criminal activity, or involvement in the child welfare system

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Human Service-Related Field (Required)
- 2 years of related work experience (Preferred)
- Must possess interpersonal, communication, time management, multitasking, computer, and teamwork skills.
- Must pass a DCFS background check
- Must be at least 21 years of age, obtain an insured vehicle, clean driving record, and three years driving record with a valid driver's license
