The Center Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Care is looking to add an Incoming Call Specialist to our outstanding team of employees. The Center offers a competitive wage and excellent benefits. This position has the ability to work from another location of your choice in Central Oregon after 90 days based on performance.
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Process incoming calls by sending accurately typed messages through the electronic medical record system to the appropriate individual.
- Transfer callers to the appropriate departments.
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care in a manner that promotes goodwill, is timely, efficient and accurate.
- Support various other tasks as needed.
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment within stated guidelines.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as a productive individual contributor
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
