Including but not limited to:
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Process payments and reconcile guest accounts
- Answer guest questions and resolve problems
- Manage the front desk during the night shift
- Perform end-of-day accounting tasks
- Prepare reports for the next day's work
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures
- Full list of responsibilities upon request
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or accounting role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
