Director of Food & Beverage - Oro Valley, AZ
Salary/Benefits: $90k-$95k, PTO, medical benefits, opportunity for salary increase within the year of employment
A prestigious private club in a suburban neighborhood is seeking a talented Director of Food and Beverage to oversee and elevate their culinary operations. The Director of Food and Beverage will assume overall responsibility for every facet of food and beverage operations, including dining rooms, kitchen functions, banquet services, beverage cart service, and meeting rooms.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of similar experience.
- Local candidates only.
- Must have Country Club and Multi-unit experience.
- Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and training full-time, part-time, and seasonal personnel.
- Direct supervision of the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager and Kitchen Manager.
- Formulating annual operating budgets.
- Providing guidance and oversight for managing food and beverage costs and operations.
- Leveraging technology to manage all aspects of the food and beverage operation, including point of sale systems, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and more.
