Qualifications
- 5-8 years of General Management experience.
- Fine dining experience a must.
- Opening experience a plus.
- High volume experience a must.
Requirements
- Direct and oversee all operational aspects, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
- Develop and execute budgets, monitor financial performance, manage costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
