We are looking for a dedicated Private Chef with a strong focus on health and wellness to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating nutritious and flavorful meals tailored to the dietary preferences and restrictions of our clients. This is an opportunity to showcase your culinary creativity and expertise in a supportive and welcoming environment dedicated to fostering well-being.

You must be knowledgable and experienced with counting calories and macros. There's also a strong preference for someone who already lives a healthy lifestyle themselves. Our service caters to people who are training for movie roles, professional sports, as well as fighting diseases and chronic conditions.

There is a strong emphasis on client relationships and communication. It is essential that you are comfortable, confident, caring, kind and polite when interacting with the team and clients. Your cooking skills must be equally as developed as your personality and communcation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare delicious and nutritious meals using fresh, seasonal, and organic ingredients.
  • Develop personalized menus based on the dietary preferences, restrictions, and health goals of the clients, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
  • Source high-quality ingredients from local vendors and farmers' markets, prioritizing organic and sustainable products whenever possible.
  • Incorporate a variety of cooking techniques and culinary styles to create diverse and satisfying dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with household staff to coordinate meal service and ensure timely delivery of meals.
  • Stay informed about current health and wellness trends, ingredients, and cooking techniques to continuously innovate and elevate the dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Private Chef or similar role, preferably in a health-conscious environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary restrictions, and alternative ingredients.
  • Creative and adaptable cooking skills with the ability to accommodate various tastes and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and last-minute requests.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and creating nourishing meals that promote overall well-being.

Salary : $400 - $700
