We are currently looking for a Full Time Clinical Informatics Manager to join our Clinical Informatics team located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center in Ada, Oklahoma.
Summary:
The Clinical Informatics Manager serves as a leader/ while acting as the bridge between the Health IT department and the rest of the healthcare facility. This position requires healthcare operations, computer science, and information technology knowledge. It demands a good understanding of business and leadership. The Clinical Informatics Manager will serve as a leader and a subject matter expert during the implementation of Epic and post-go-live, ensuring that the Epic environment meets the needs of the Chickasaw Nation and patients. The Clinical Informatics Manager will serve as a coordinator and is responsible for consulting with the service lines and their staff in optimizing the Epic environment and staff training. The Clinical Informatics Manager will be responsible for knowing the third-party applications that will be integrated with the Epic system and how the departments use these applications.

* Bachelor's degree in clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, Business Administration, or another related field
Credentials:
Essential:
* Pass general background check
* Standard Driver's License
* Completion of the Sphinx Assessment
* CN Core Leadership Level 1
* Epic module certification as assigned
Nonessential:
* Cert Associate in Healthcare Information and Mgmt Systems
* Certified Prof Healthcare Information Management Systems
* Certified Prof Digital Health Transformation Strategy
Essential:
* This position requires completion of level one Core Leadership Training within 12 months of the hire or promotion date
* Must obtain additional Epic certifications, if directed by leadership, within the first 90 days of employment and/or within 90 days of starting Epic certification training
