Call Center Representative
Job Posting for Call Center Representative at The Children's Lung, Asthma & Sleep Specialists
The Children's Lung, Asthma & Sleep Specialists is currently searching for a Bi-Lingual call center specialist. The individual needs to speak English articulately in order to communicate clearly with clients. Spanish speaking is required.
Positions: Full Time 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM with a 30 minute break.
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting Patients to create new appointments
- Confirming Appointments
- Directing calls to the appropriate location
- Various other administrative tasks

Education: High School Diploma, Associates Degree, or equivalent.
