Job Summary:
The Web Designer will be responsible for supporting Creative Marketing with design and production of emails, homepages, and other site creative.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and code emails for deployment
- Update site creative to reflect latest direction (homepages, landing pages, banners)
- Work with team to develop new site design, microsites, and functionality
- Work with Marketing and Corporate Team to develop loyalty programs and affiliate requests
- Work with email vendor to test emails for deployment
- Maintain records of all completed work
- Collaborate with Creative Marketing to develop and execute seasonal marketing
- Work closely with IT and E-commerce team determining job specs and maintaining brand consistency and quality
- Collaborate with other cross-functional partners
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in web/interactive design or related field
- 3 years of experience in related role
Skills and Behaviors:
- Expertise in Mac utilizing Adobe CS applications (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Flash) and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript, knowledge of Actionscript a plus
- Great sense of typography and presentation/storyboarding skills
- Must be flexible to changing business needs
- Ability to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Must be well-organized and have attention to detail
