The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia is currently seeking a Loan Assistant/Closer for our Meridian Eastgate location, as follows:
Basic Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service to loan customers by preparing, scheduling, and executing loans in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures as well as applicable Federal and State Regulations. Ensures all necessary loan documentation, including credit reports, verification, and tax returns, are properly collected, updated and executed. Records and cancels titles, UCC’s and deeds of trust. Assists customers in making draws and payments on lines of credit. Notarizes documents as needed; files. Assists in the preparation of loan packages for committee approval. Maintains a strong working knowledge of the loan system. Works through loan exception report to ensure liens are perfected. Performs a variety of duties to provide profits for the bank and attempts to fulfill customer needs by possessing overall current knowledge of bank products and services and actively seeking to sell and cross-sell the bank’s services to new and existing customers. Performs all job functions in compliance with the requirements of banking laws and regulations. Performs other duties as required by supervisory personnel.
Requirements:
3 – 5 Years Experience as a Loan Assistant/Closer in an FDIC Insured Financial Institution or similar work environment
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Exceptional Customer Service and Sales Background
Extensive Knowledge/Use of Microsoft Office and other PC applications
High School Diploma or Higher
