People Trainer (Quality Team)
We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Trainer to take ownership of our training requirements within the Quality Team at City and Guilds.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of developing and delivering training and coaching. This experience would ideally be within Quality delivery and within Education but this is not essential.
This is a full time and permanent role working 35 hours per week role. You will need to be based within commuting distance of either our Wakefield, Warrington or Burntwood office but also expect to travel between offices to meet the training needs of the teams.
This is an exciting role, you will identify and analyse the training, development, and coaching needs of the Quality Delivery team ultimately adding value, reducing attrition rates and creating a culture of high performance, engagement and empowerment.
This appointment will be made on merit.

About the role
In this role you will identify and analyse the training, development and coaching needs of the Quality Delivery team, completing gap analysis to proactively plan and deliver all training requirements.
You will coach plans for our Quality Delivery team that are both UK as well as internationally based, ensuring team members have value add training, development and coaching to empower them to make decisions as well as to drive forward continuous improvement.
You will work with the learning and development team to deliver strengths coaching across the team.
About you
We are looking for a self-motivated, organised, resilient, and driven individual who works at pace who will be skilled in designing and delivering training and carrying out training needs analysis.
As you will be supporting our teams based in different hubs we would like you to be able to travel across the UK. You will be an excellent communicator both within your team, and across the Quality function.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution focused and has a can-do attitude as well as somebody that can work autonomously without day-to-day supervision and be a key team player.
You will need to have proficient IT skills and presentation skills.
It will be a distinct advantage if you have previous experience of working in a Quality delivery / customer facing background and understanding of the UK education and training markets.
