Do you love the look of a clean space? We’re looking for an experienced janitor/cleaning maids to fill a position on our team. You’ll keep our residential homes impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. If you’re looking for work with flexibility and enjoy being a part of a team, we want to hear from you.
Compensation: Training @ $17 per hour, Full & Part-time @ $19 per hour
Responsibilities
- Report areas cleaned and make sure managers know if major repairs are needed
- Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Make sure vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash are completed daily
- Close and lock building doors for security once cleaning is complete
- Replace light bulbs, clean windows, shampoo carpets, and supply restrooms on a regular basis as scheduled
- Eliminate dangerous hazards and wipe up spills with squeegees or sponges
Qualifications
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
- Great physical health and stamina
Compensation
$17 - $19 per hour
