Servicing Trumbull, Mahoning, Geauga Counties.
CLW provides services to adults with Developmental Disabilities in a Workshop & Community Employment setting. We are seeking a Full Time - Community Employment Specialist to service Trumbull, Mahoning, Geauga counties. This position could be based out of Warren, OH.
As a Community Employment Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the evaluation of each client and placing them in an integrated setting that best fits their employment goal. You will also be responsible for assisting clients to become successful in their work within the community.
Potential candidates must possess a HS Diploma/GED and have at least one year of experience in supported employment. Potential candidates will also need reliable transportation as travel is required. However, mileage will be reimbursed.
Requirements:
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* High school diploma/GED required
* CESP certification preferred
* Valid and current auto insurance
* Valid drivers license w/ acceptable driving record
* Able to pass criminal background requirements
* Pre-employment physical and drug testing
* Prior experience working with individuals w/ developmental disabilities
