Strategy, Planning & Investment Development
Leads the expansion of Revenue Growth Management through roll out of world class commercial capabilities, tools and processes across market segments in all Bottlers operating in Bolivia & Paraguay
Drives RGM efforts towards the design, development and implementation of OBPPC architectures that increases Systems Revenues; Volume; Transactions and Share Gains, ensuring KO NARTD portfolio competitiveness, continued progress and alignment across the organization.
Monitor progress in key markets to assess effectiveness of on-going strategies and detect white spaces and new opportunities to strengthen our business.
What You'll Do :
Responsible for developing OBPPC cluster architecture analytics & business cases that ensures value capturing from shopper purchases, driving incremental volume and revenues, and growing shares of volume and shares of revenue, setting comprehensive Rules of Engagement across NARTD for both SSDs & Stills.
Stewardship current OBPPC performance, identify key competitive set and evolve rules of engagement by sub territory / competitive cluster.
Drives processes to assess environmental – consumer – shopper - retailer data, trends and insight to map revenue growth opportunities from occasions, categories and purchase location and develop transformational OBPPC solutions in all Bottlers operating in Bolivia & Paraguay.
Leads RGM routines with Commercial Areas and participates in routine extension to Bottlers to share performance and opportunities.
Responsible for developing promo spending & pricing, terms and conditions analysis to drive incremental value in modern trade and traditional trade.
Develop and monitor effective scorecards of RGM business drivers to track progress.
Defines and develops processes, frameworks and tools (Elasticities, Models, P&L Visibility) to drive continuous performance improvement based on common RGM system metrics and scorecards that will provide means to benchmark across different markets.
Leads the development and implementation of methodologies and tools for joint KO/Bottler assessments to identify gaps and develop action plans, facilitating those assessments in conjunction with Franchise Managers, as well as supporting the local implementations with Bottlers.
Supports Business Specific projects lead by Operations (SSDs, Single Serve, and New Bevs) & Marketing Teams in the enhancement / definition of OBPPC architectures.
Actively participate in FU Business Planning process aligned with BU strategy, actively contributing with strategic thinking, value creating strategies and actively influencing in decision making process
Qualifications & Requirements:
5 yrs. of relevant experience.
Proven record of delivering results and leadership in complex matrix organizations; able to work with multiple functions including Marketing, Customers, Operations, Commercial Planning and Finance in both the Company and Bottler
Consumer and/or Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Finance, or Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning experience.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineer.
