Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and data collection
- Input and update information into computerized systems accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and transcribing documents
- Utilize basic math skills to verify and reconcile data entries
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry or a related clerical role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
