Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs tailored to in-home improvement sales and residential remodeling.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales performance.
  • Design and manage mentor programs to support the professional growth and development of new and existing sales team members.
  • Create and manage sales promos, contests, and incentives to motivate the sales team and drive sales results.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to ensure alignment between training programs and sales objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques to continuously improve training content and methods.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Preferably with experience in sales training, with a focus on in-home sales and residential remodeling.
  • Strong knowledge of sales statistics, promos, contests, and mentor programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • High level of organizational and planning skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions and workshops.

Previous roofing or construction experience is not required. Recent college graduates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
