Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs tailored to in-home improvement sales and residential remodeling.
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales performance.
Design and manage mentor programs to support the professional growth and development of new and existing sales team members.
Create and manage sales promos, contests, and incentives to motivate the sales team and drive sales results.
Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to ensure alignment between training programs and sales objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques to continuously improve training content and methods.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Preferably with experience in sales training, with a focus on in-home sales and residential remodeling.
Strong knowledge of sales statistics, promos, contests, and mentor programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate others.
High level of organizational and planning skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions and workshops.

Previous roofing or construction experience is not required. Recent college graduates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
