From high-security keys to access control systems, we offer a wide range of services to meet all your security needs.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Team Leadership : Coordinate and manage both the installation and service teams to ensure timely and correct installations and service appointments.
- Customer Interaction : Communicate with customers to understand and address complex installation or service requirements and resolve any issues that arise.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure that all installations and services comply with safety regulations, building codes, and internal quality standards.
- Team Management : Hire, train, and manage technicians, while handling all aspects of employee performance management, including coaching, reviews, and corrective actions.
- Process Improvement : Recommend and implement improvements to installation and service procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Job Inspections : Inspect installation and service jobs to ensure adherence to standards, issuing corrective actions when necessary.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in an Installation and / or Service Manager role or similar leadership position.
- Technical Expertise : At least 5 years of prior hands-on experience in a service or installation technician role, preferably in the commercial doors and hardware industry.
- Leadership : Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams efficiently.
- Problem Solving : Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.-Communication : Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and customers.
- Tech Savvy : Proficiency in MS Office and related software tools.-Education : High School Diploma required; a Degree in Engineering or a relevant field is a plus.
