Your expertise in electrical repair, coupled with a strong sales acumen and a comprehensive background in electrical codes and permitting, will drive the success and efficiency of our service operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflows and high standards of service delivery.
- Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of service advisors and technicians, fostering a high-performance work environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and swift resolution of any issues.
- Scheduling and Materials: Efficiently manage scheduling and material logistics to support project timelines and budgeting.
- Sales and Budgeting: Monitor sales revenue and project budgets, driving revenue through efficient process implementation and system management.
- Training and Development: Conduct training for technicians to ensure compliance with current electrical codes and best practices.
- Inventory Management: Oversee warehouse operations and material inventory to ensure efficient resource allocation.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience: 15 years in the trades with a strong focus on electrical systems, including significant experience managing a service department and working on a sales team.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of electrical repair and maintenance procedures, including journeyman electrical experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and effectively upsell services.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Customer Service: Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and aligning services with customer needs.
