Concrete Surfaces, LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee all field operations. This pivotal role involves ensuring safety, updating company policies, developing business opportunities, and maximizing project profitability through innovative methods. The successful candidate will ensure projects are scheduled efficiently, meet quality standards, and achieve gross margins equal to or above estimates while fostering strong client and team relationships.

• Lead concrete repair and polishing teams on-site for Concrete Polishing and Epoxy installations.
• Safely operate hand-held and ride-on polishing equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance across all team activities.
• Provide high-quality customer service through effective communication with clients.
• Operate company trucks and manage the transportation of a 16' trailer.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with machines and tools.
• Oversee project scheduling and quality control to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support sales initiatives by managing project details such as contracts and customer accounts.
• Manage and implement project and customer schedules, maintaining precise project documentation.
• Conduct reviews of job costs, budgets, change orders, and manage service repairs efficiently.
• Continually refine installation processes and explore innovative methods to enhance project profitability.
• Enforce safety protocols and regularly update company policies to ensure compliance.

• Minimum of 5 years experience as site lead within the construction or related industry.
• Strong ability to lead, communicate, and build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, project management software, and other administrative tools.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of concrete construction, concrete placement, and safety management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in proposal planning activities, including site visits.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that may require standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for extended periods. Working in various weather conditions seasonally.
• Skills: Strong work ethic with a keen desire to learn and enhance skills. Good manual dexterity and the ability to operate tools and machinery safely.
• Safety and Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and comply with safety standards.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check to work on federal base projects.
    
  • Construction experience or a similar background with technical aptitude.
  • Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
  • Demonstrable ability to learn about products and tools used by Concrete Surfaces.
