What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical therapy position at The CORE Institute?
Implements and enforces written policies and procedures for all processes involved in the physical therapy department.Manages the development of short / long-term work plans and objectives for all rehabilitation.
Manages the implementation of appropriate courses of action to achieve service goals in conjunction with physicians and administration.
Oversight and management of the process of purchasing supplies for the clinic.Ensures that employee and patient rights are upheld.
Understands and effectively uses all aspects of the software system.Assists with selection, training, orientation, and supervision of personnel, including review of monthly performance metrics.
Leads by example and adheres to AEIOU behavioral standards and management expectations.Manages the day-to-day staffing requirements.
Responsible for conducting scheduled team / clinic meetings.Conducts performance management reviews in a timely fashion.All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONRequires a master’s degree or doctorate in physical therapy and is certified as a physical therapist.Current state PT license;
PT certification; CPR certification.EXPERIENCEMinimum of five years in progressively responsible positions in the physical therapy field.
